The archive of the Museum preserves an extraordinary photographic patrimony composed of over 6000 phototypes, realized about between 1860 and 1937, most of them linked to the scientific activity of Cesare Lombroso and, in part, to that of his successor, and son-in-law, Mario Carrara.
All the photographic material has been digitized and many images are online in the home page of the Museum’s website, in the section “Photographs at liberty”.
The cataloguing of the photographic fund is also underway and the cards are on SIGECweb – ICCD.
